1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Glasma, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use Glasma. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial users and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

Glasma is an AI-powered product management platform that connects your tools, gathers context, and generates documents on your behalf. We operate as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product hosted on Vercel.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You may not share accounts or use Glasma on behalf of someone else without their consent.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Glasma.

4. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid Pro subscription at the then-current rate (currently $99/user/month or $79/user/month billed annually).

Subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Your Content

You own the content you create in Glasma. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Glasma to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit malware or interfere with the service
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or systems
Resell or sublicense access to Glasma without written permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Glasma uses AI to generate documents, summaries, and insights. AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it externally. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI outputs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to access Glasma ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glasma's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
