Glasma (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered product management platform operated by PPBP Holdings LLC. Our registered address and contact email is hello@glasma.app.

2. What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

Account information (email address, password hash)
Team and workspace configuration
Integration credentials (OAuth tokens stored encrypted)
Content you generate via AI skills and pipelines
Usage data (pages visited, features used, error logs)

We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your content.

3. How We Use Your Data

To operate and improve the Glasma service
To authenticate you and secure your account
To sync data from your connected integrations
To generate AI-powered documents and insights on your behalf
To send product notifications and transactional emails

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Glasma:

Supabase — database and authentication
Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure
Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude)
Composio — integration connectivity
Resend — transactional email

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), row-level security in our database, and regular security reviews. For details, see our Security page.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any right, email us at hello@glasma.app with the subject “Privacy Request”. We respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of Glasma after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
